| THE PREACHER'S WIFE When you're down and in despair, don't feel uneasy because He'll be there. Say, don't you worry, no, don't you fret, the Lord has never, never failed you yet. So hold on, help is on the way. So hold on, God is on His way. He told me to hold on. He is on His way. Hold on, He's coming soon. Pray He'll be there, come on, now. He may not come when you want Him, but He'll be right there on time. Help is on the way. Come on, just say, come on, just try, ask Him for a little bit. He'll give it to you right away. So glad I know you. Where do I go when there's nobody else to turn to? Who do I talk to when nobody wants to listen? Who do I lean on when there's no foundation stable? I go to the rock, I know He's able. I go to the rock. The Lord is the rock of my salvation, the Lord is the stone that the builders rejected. I go to the mountain and the mountains stand by me. When the earth all around me is sinking sand, on Christ that solid rock I stand. When I need a shelter, when I need a friend, I go to the rock. I can go to the rock, when I need a friend. I can go to the rock, when I need some shelter. You can go to the rock. He is all over me, and He's keeping me alive. He is all over me, and the Lord is keeping me alive. I know He's keeping me alive. He's in my hands, He's in my feet, I can hardly keep my seat. He's in my spirit and my soul, I will never grow old. Like the Hebrew boys thrown in the fiery furnace, say everybody thought it was over for them, but the Lord brought them out on time. He is the firm foundation, the God of all creation. Wenn du niedergeschlagen und ohne Hoffnung bist, fühl dich nicht unbehaglich,
denn er wird da sein. Hey, sorg dich nicht, nein, hab keinen Kummer, der Herr hat dich noch nie verlassen. So halt durch, Hilfe ist unterwegs, halt durch, Gott ist unterwegs. Er hiess mich durchhalten. Er ist unterwegs. Halt durch, er kommt bald. Bitte ihn dazusein, komm mach schon. Vielleicht kommt er nicht dann, wenn du es willst, aber er wird zur rechten Zeit da sein. Hilfe ist unterwegs. Komm, sag's einfach, los, versuch's einfach, bitte ihn um ein kleines bisschen. Er wird es dir sofort geben Ich bin so froh, dass ich dich kenne. Wo soll ich hingehen, wenn niemand da ist, an den ich mich wenden kann? Mit wem soll ich sprechen, wenn niemand zuhören will? Auf wen soll ich mich stützen, wenn kein Grund fest ist? Ich gehe zum Fels, ich weiss, dass er es tun kann, ich gehe zum Fels. Der Herr ist der Fels meiner Rettung, der Herr ist der Stein, den die Bildhauer weggeworfen haben. Ich gehe zum Berg und die Berge stehen bei mir. Wenn die Erde rund um mich nur sinkender Sand ist, stehe ich auf Christus, dem festen Fels. Wenn ich Schutz brauche, wenn ich einen Freund brauche, gehe ich zum Fels. Ich kann zum Fels gehen, wenn ich einen Freund brauche. Ich kann zum Fels gehen, wenn ich etwas Schutz brauche. Du kannst zum Fels gehen. Er ist ganz über mir und er hält mich am Leben, er ist ganz über mir und der Herr hält mich am Leben, ich weiss, dass er mich lebendig hält. Er ist in meinen Händen, er ist in meinen Füssen, ich kann fast nicht sitzen bleiben. Er ist in meinem Geist, er ist in meiner Seele, ich werde nie alt werden. Er ist in meinem Herzen, er ist in meinen Gedanken, ich bin so froh, dass er mein ist. er ist ganz über mir, der Herr hält mich am Leben. Ich weiss, dass er mich am Leben hält. Es ist wie bei den Hebräern, als sie in den glühenden Ofen geworfen wurden, da dachten alle, dass es für sie vorbei sei, aber der Herr brachte sie rechtzeitig hinaus. Er ist der sichere Grund, der Gott aller Lebewesen. Es gibt nichts, das er für dich nicht tun würde. Du kannst ihm vertrauen, er wird dich hindurch führen, er ist ganz über mir. Er ist rechts von mir, er ist links, er ist vor mir, er ist hinter mir, und er ist nie ausser Sicht. Er ist ganz über mir und er hält mich am Leben. |
